What are your hours?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM Pacific. Live chat operators are available from 8AM-6PM Pacific.
Where are you located?
Our offices are located in sunny Southern California. Orders ship from our warehouse in Riverside, CA.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). We also accept PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or checks for our products.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when we process your order for shipping.
Can I pick-up my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pick-ups at this time.
Can I have my purchase shipped to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, no because we ship everything FedEx 2-Day.
FedEx shipped to the wrong address?
Your order confirmation shows your ship-to address. If you see an issue, please email us immediately as we ship within 1 business day. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking. You can check the progress of your package via the FedEx tool for tracking shipments. If the package seems to be en route to the wrong location you can call FedEx with your tracking number and ask them to re-route the package (this may be possible if it has not yet been delivered). If the package has been delivered to the wrong address you may file a claim with FedEx.
Can I get my order rushed?
We know that getting masks to you quickly is important! For that reason, we are expediting all orders. Orders ship within 1 business day of being placed via FedEx 2-Day so you should have your masks in 4 business days or less!
When should I receive tracking?
You’ll receive an email with tracking when our fulfillment team has prepared your order to ship. If you haven’t received an email within two business days, email us at email@example.com.
When can I expect to receive my masks?
Our goal is to get your masks to you ASAP! We get to work packing your order as soon as it’s placed. Shipping detail is typically updated within one business day. We ship 2-Day FedEx so (barring natural disasters) you should expect to receive your masks within a week or less from the day you placed your order.
Where does Face Masks Now Ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the US! We also ship to Canada and Puerto Rico for an extra charge but please note we are expecting delays on international shipments.
I never received my order or my tracking number

How can I make edits to my order?

My masks arrived damaged; can I receive a refund?
We hope you don’t have any issues with your order. If your masks are damaged in transit, please email a photo of your damaged masks to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will reach out to help.
I received a different color than what I ordered!
Take a picture of what you received and reach out to us by chat or email and one of our representatives will take care of this for you.
I have a promo code but it didn’t work when I tried using it.
You are welcome to message us with the chat button about any errors with promo codes! A representative will help. If it is after hours, email email@example.com and we’ll follow up with you on the next business day.
What are your masks made out of?
Fabric content is noted on the mask descriptions and in the detail diagram below. Our 3-ply masks are made out of 100% ring-spun cotton and have cotton ear loops with a bit of spandex for the perfect stretch and fit. Our 2-ply masks are 30% cotton and 70% post consumer content (a blend of recycled cotton and recycled poly) that basically recycles 1 water bottle per mask. All of our masks are washable and reusable.
Are your masks preshrunk?
Yes. The cotton in our masks is pre-shrunk to ensure that they fit as you like them from the first day of use to the last.
Do your masks have filters?
Some of our masks have pockets that are made to accommodate filters if you choose to add them. This information is noted in the product description. We don't currently carry filters but are working on having an option available for you. We'll notify all of our customers when they are available so be sure to subscribe for updates watch your inbox for emails from us!
How many times can I wash these?
Masks should be treated like clothing and be washed and cared for frequently based on use. Our masks are made out of 100% preshrunk cotton so you won't have to worry about shrinkage. The CDC recommends washing masks frequently.
What type of material are your ear straps made out of?
The ear loops are made from the same cotton as the masks with a bit of spandex added for stretch. They are NOT elastic.
How do I place a large bulk order for masks?
We love bulk orders! Information can be found on our Bulk and Custom page. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the quantity needed and the date you need them by and we will send you bulk quantity pricing for your order.
I want to brand masks for my company, do you guys do this for us?
We can brand at a minimum quantity of 100 masks. Information can be found on our Bulk and Custom page. You can also send an email to email@example.com with details of your request.
What colors can I choose from?
At present the masks come in black, white, light blue, and light and dark heather grey.
Can I place an order for one face mask?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate orders for one unit at this time. Our masks are pre-packaged with 5 per package. They are packaged this way so you can wash them in between wears and always have a clean one on hand.
Are cloth face masks effective?
yes. A Cambridge University study found in 2013 that cotton-blend masks are 80% as effective at filtration as surgical masks, and appropriate for use during an influenza pandemic. 100% cotton and other materials are also acceptable.
Everyone can benefit from using a face mask to reduce the likelihood of direct transmission.
Is it okay to use a cotton mask?
The FDA recently issued emergency regulations of its enforcement policy for masks. Our masks are not considered medical purpose masks under their guidelines because 1) they are not labeled or otherwise intended for use by a health care professional; 2) they are not labeled or otherwise for use in a healthcare facility or environment; and 3) they do not include any drugs, biologics, or anti-viral agents.
